DEPOSIT FAQs
•Yes, your deposit goes toward your service & it is non-refundable.
• In order for your deposit to transfer over to a future appointment you must reschedule before 24hours of your upcoming appointment.
RESCHEDULING
•You will be allowed to reschedule your appointment 1 time & the rescheduled appointment must be within 30 days of the original appointment.
RUNNING LATE?
•You will have a 15 minute grace period, after 10 minutes there will be a $15 late fee added to your service & after 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled & your deposit will be lost. Be sure to take traffic & parking into consideration.
•Please be courteous & notify me if you can't make it to your appointment or if you're running late as I will do the same. I will always try my best to work with you.
